Classic Sudoku

One 9×9 grid. Three rules. Infinite depth.

Samurai Sudoku

Five overlapping grids share corner boxes.

Free play is anonymous — your progress lives only in this browser. For the full campaign, six warrior ranks, daily challenges, and stats, grab the iOS or Android app.

Sudoku, the way it should be played online.

Most free sudoku sites are buried in banners, autoplaying video, and newsletter pop-ups. We stripped all of that out. What’s left is a clean parchment board, a focused number pad, and puzzles you can actually trust.

Four difficulties, calibrated by technique.

Difficulty here isn’t about how many cells are blank. It’s about which logical techniques the puzzle requires. Easy puzzles can be solved with singles alone; Master puzzles will ask for the heavy machinery.

Classic Sudoku (9×9)

The standard puzzle. Fill a 9×9 grid so every row, every column, and each of the nine 3×3 boxes contains the digits 1 through 9 exactly once. Easy puzzles need only naked and hidden singles; Master puzzles bring in X-Wings, Swordfish, and Y-Wings.

Samurai Sudoku (5 grids)

Five overlapping 9×9 grids share their corner boxes with a centre grid. Solve them as one puzzle — every digit you place propagates across two grids at once. Harder than classic, far more elegant when it clicks.
